BANGS & HAMMERS 48-Hour Command Onboarding Broad Hybrid Syndication (BHS) Initiative
48-Hour Command Onboarding
The “Bangs” and The “Hammers” — BHS Initiative Activation
The 48-hour Command Onboarding marks the transition from theoretical planning to operational command for the Boarding 12.
This phase operationalizes the Broad Hybrid Syndication (BHS) initiative’s core requirement: high-speed data integrity combined with structured Human-In-The-Loop (HITL) triage.
Day 1: System Command & Financial Integrity (The “Bangs”)
Focus: Establishing the Single Source of Truth for grassroots capital.
-
09:00 – 10:30 | The BHS Clean Core Manifesto
Executive Staff (3) and Finance Leads (3) review SAP-standard ERP logic.
Goal: Align on why manual side-spreadsheets now represent a compliance risk to Bangs and Hammers. -
11:00 – 13:00 | Sandbox Navigation & Investor Cap Tables
Hands-on entry of live investor data within the ERP sandbox.
HITL Check: Each lead reconciles one legacy capital pool against ERP-generated outputs. -
14:00 – 16:30 | Automated Distribution Logic
Training on SaaS ERP pro-rata dividend calculations for the Broad Hybrid Syndication model. -
17:00 | Day 1 Triage Review
Review of any “Red” flags identified during sandbox entry.
Day 2: Operational Execution & Green ROI (The “Hammers”)
Focus: Field data integrity and validation of the Green Premium valuation.
-
09:00 – 11:00 | Mobile-Field Integration
Operations Leads execute “Hammer-Time” procurement via mobile devices.
Action: Raise a mock Purchase Order for “Eco-Lumber” within the ERP. -
11:30 – 13:30 | Green ROI Data Mapping
Sustainability Leads and Operations Leads synchronize on energy-efficiency tracking logic.
Goal: Validate the 5-year projection of a 25–28% valuation uplift using real-time utility data. -
14:30 – 16:00 | Triage Matrix Workshop
All 12 Leads execute a Mock Defect scenario.
Scenario: A supply chain delay impacts a smart-home site; the team categorizes it as Critical, High, or Low within the ERP. -
16:30 | Final Command Handover
The 12 Leads formally sign the BHS Leadership Covenant.
The 48-Hour Command Stipulation
At Hour 48, the Boarding 12 transition from observers to system owners. Any data entered into the Bangs and Hammers portal from this moment forward becomes an official record for BHS investors.
