This template defines the exact data headers required to transition from legacy spreadsheets into the SaaS ERP Clean Core environment.

This is the ultimate Human-In-The-Loop (HITL) responsibility. Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) must manually validate each field to ensure that 5-year Broad Hybrid Syndication (BHS) projections are built upon verified facts.

Sheet 1: Project & Asset Master (The “Hammers” Data)

Focus: Tracking physical smart-home assets and green retrofit status.

Scrubbing Instructions for SMEs (Week 4)

  1. Format Check: Dates must follow YYYY-MM-DD format. Currency fields must not contain symbols.
  2. The No-Blank Rule: Critical fields (IDs, Share %, Status) cannot be empty. Missing data requires Manual Triage.
  3. Deduplication: Remove duplicate Project_ID or Investor_ID entries.
  4. Verification: Every Green ROI target must have supporting documentation saved in the Bangs and Hammers digital archive.

The IT “Gatekeeper” Stipulation

IT will perform a Mock Load during Week 4. Any row containing “NO” in a Verified column will be rejected and returned to the SME for immediate correction prior to Month 1 Close.
