BANGS & HAMMERS BHS Data Migration Quality Scorecard Human-In-The-Loop Accountability Tool
BHS Data Migration Quality Scorecard (Week 4)
The Data Quality Scorecard is the final Human-In-The-Loop accountability instrument for Month 1 of the ERP implementation.
It creates structured performance transparency between the “Bangs” (Finance / Investor Relations) and the “Hammers” (Construction / Operations) to ensure the Bangs and Hammers ERP migration remains aligned with its 5-year trajectory.
Department Data Migration Performance
| Department | Total Rows to Scrub | Rows Validated (HITL) | Data Quality Score (%) | Missing Documents | Triage Status |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Investor Relations (Bangs) | 1,200 | 1,050 | 87.5% | 12 | Green – On Track |
| Construction Ops (Hammers) | 850 | 425 | 50.0% | 88 | Red – At Risk |
| Procurement / Supply Chain | 400 | 320 | 80.0% | 15 | Yellow – Monitoring |
| Sustainability (Green ROI) | 150 | 145 | 96.7% | 2 | Green – Leader |
Key Metrics Defined
- Data Quality Score (%): Calculated as (Rows Validated / Total Rows) × 100. Any score below 90% by Friday prevents that department’s data from being loaded into the SaaS Production environment.
- Missing Documents: Human-In-The-Loop gaps where a data entry exists (for example, a Green ROI claim), but supporting documentation is not present in the Bangs and Hammers digital archive.
-
Triage Status:
- Green: Ready for Mock Load this Friday.
- Yellow: Requires additional focused effort to hit Week 4 goal.
- Red: Requires Executive Intervention (CFO / Project Sponsor).
The “Hammer” Bottleneck Stipulation
If Construction Operations remains at 50% validation, the IT team must trigger a Triage Deep-Dive on Thursday. This assessment determines whether digital formatting challenges exist or if legacy field documentation is physically missing.
SME Incentive Plan
-
The Reward:
The first department to achieve 100% Data Quality with zero
missing documents by the Friday deadline receives:
- A team lunch.
- A “Digital Foundation Pioneer” recognition on the internal Bangs and Hammers blog.
This incentive reinforces the principle that data integrity is foundational to long-term wealth creation and operational excellence.
