   Automatically triggers the Triage Matrix if a supply chain delay occurs, such as an Eco-Lumber shortage.
3. Verified to Spec
   Digital signature confirming the site matches the Bangs and Hammers sustainable blueprint requirements.

The “Green ROI” Data Linkage

To preserve the integrity of the 5-Year Pro-Forma, the dashboard includes a Live Efficiency Score tied directly to real-time energy metrics.

If a site’s energy-saving features underperform during construction, the system triggers a Yellow Alert, requiring a Human-In-The-Loop inspection before drywall closure.

This preemptive control mechanism protects the 25–28% Green Premium valuation model from degradation caused by unnoticed installation defects.

Strategic Command Stipulation

The “Hammers” own the Physical Truth. If the data reflected in this dashboard does not match the reality on the job site, the BHS 5-year projections are compromised.
